Energy Savings Assistance (ESA) Program – Public Utilities Commission

Provides no-cost weatherization services to consumers who meet the CARE income limits. The Energy Savings Assistance Program (ESA) services provided include attic insulation, energy-efficient refrigerators, energy-efficient furnaces, weatherstripping, caulking, low-flow showerheads, water heater blankets, and door and building envelope repairs which reduce air infiltration.

Weatherization Assistance Program (WAP) through the California Department of Community Services and Development

Local Provider – Del Norte Senior Center, Inc.  This provider offers weatherization services to low-income Californians in our area.   Services are intended to be available sometime in 2024.  Please visit the Del Norte Senior Center’s website for current availability.
