Strategic Plan

The Del Norte County Board of Supervisors has adopted an organizational Strategic Plan for FY 24/25 that establishes the Board's Vision, Mission, and Values as well as Focus Areas and Goals for the County over the coming year. The Plan includes measurable Action Items in order to address the Goals included in the Plan. This Plan is a "living" document that is being updated in real time as progress is being made.
