Youth Opportunity Center

Exists to provide youth with a safe place to develop personal responsibility and accountability to uplift themselves, others, and their community.

Who We Serve

Youth between the ages of 12-17 years old that are experiencing any of the following:

  • Relationship struggles with their parents/guardians.
  • Struggles with sticking to a curfew and staying home.
  • Struggles with school attendance.

How We Do It:

  • We get referrals from parents, schools, and others; even from the youth themselves.
  • We'll meet with youth and parents to create an agreement to participate in the Y.O.C.
  • We'll meet with the youth to create a 6-month case plan and goals.
  • Youth who have committed to participate will be referred to programs in the Y.O.C.
  • Youth will be eligible to participate in open enrollment activities and programs.
