The Border Coast Regional Airport Authority is a California Joint Powers Authority (JPA). The JPA is composed of:

• The County of Del Norte (CA)

• The City of Crescent City (CA)

• The Elk Valley Rancheria (Tribal Government)

• The Tolowa Dee-ni' Nation (Tribal Government)

• Curry County (OR)

• The City of Brookings (OR)​

The BCRAA Board of Commissioners meets on the first Thursday of each month at 2:00 PM in the Del Norte County Board of Supervisors Chambers located at 981 H Street, Suite 100 in Crescent City, California.
